KIDS4AL is a project, coordinated by the University of Turin and curated by a large network of national and international partners, intends to support children's right of access to inclusive and high-quality educational paths throughout their lives, with a particular attention to migrant children. KIDS4ALL LEARNING PLATFORM is a platform with which content is provided to children who participate in the KIDS4ALL PROJECT. The contents are uploaded, upon registration, only by professionals such as educators or teachers who participate in the project. The contents can consist of documents, images, videos, comments made by students and must be preliminarily evaluated by professionals and can be uploaded in the "Good practices", "Works of art" and "Postcards" section only by the them.
Registration on the platform by professionals is free, for registration users must enter only their personal data necessary for the management of the service (name, contact email address, country/city and institution or organization to which they belong). Professionals are required to check the content to be uploaded and are not allowed to upload any information related or referable to students.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The personal data is processed by the Data Controller as necessary for the management of the platform based on specific information and where necessary on the basis of consent, to offer and perform the services offered by learning platform.

The personal data collected by this LEARNING PLATFORM can be the data communicated by the users such as names or contact details of the professionals who register in the Reserved Area or browsing data of the users. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or collected automatically during the use of this platform. Unless otherwise specified, all information requested by this platform is mandatory for the provision of the service. Any refusal by the User to communicate them could make it impossible to provide the Service. In cases where this platform indicates some data as optional, users are free to refrain from communicating such data, without this having any consequence on the availability of the platform or on its operation. The User assumes responsibility for the information and content published or shared through this Training Platform and guarantees that he has the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Owner from any liability to third parties.
Browsing data
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this platform acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
This data category includes the IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers and terminal equipment used by any user, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
